About

Sgt. 1st Class Noah D. Taylor has been the composer and arranger for the prestigious United States Military Academy at West Point since 2015. With over 15 years of service United States Army, SFC Taylor's music has been featured on CBS Sports, Fox News, and NBC; as well as the 2017 and 2018 Macy's July 4th Fireworks soundtracks.He has composed original music and sound designs for numerous United States Military Academy initiatives, including public service announcements, historical documentaries, podcasts, and social media videos. 

Taylor's original music compositions have been performed at the Midwest Clinic International Band and Orchestra Conference, and performed by orchestras, symphonic bands, and chamber ensembles at universities across the nation.Taylor is also a prolific media composer, including projects for the Walt Disney World Parks and Resorts attractions.  These include the “Fantasmic!” nighttime fireworks show at Disney's Hollywood Studios, and "Lightning McQueen's Racing Academy.”
 

Whether he is composing for symphonic performances, or crafting soundtracks for media, Taylor's work continues to inspire audiences around the world.

 

Outside of his musical activities, Taylor is a dedicated husband and a father of two beautiful children.
